I can confirm that we are booked into the QP Social Club before and after the game.
However, there is a cost of hiring the club and strict procedures for entry before and after the game.
We have the club to ourselves at a cost of £3 per person (£300) and and a maximum of 100 people are allowed entry.(2 buses)
Each person will be given a ticket for before and after the game and people will only be admitted to the club by producing the ticket.
Rolls (Various) are available at £1.50 each and must be pre-ordered and paid in advance.
I spoke to the secretary re my concerns at charging £3 per person for entry to the club but she pointed out that there are lots of other groups who are happy to take our place if we decide against going.
On balance, the situation and price for drinks makes it hard to beat. |
