Yes, it's that time of year again Jailer Tours have notified their interest with the organising committee and we are awaiting the cup draw.
This gives Gaffy and McBeefy a few weeks to perfect their injuries and pull out of the JT squad for the annual visit to play Diegos TA, Inverness. (You just know we're going to draw them again)
Has Andye still got the pace and will sylvestor go for a crap just prior to kick off. Can nipper mirror his achievements of last season and are the Fairlies still available for selection
Read the vimsters up to date views on tactics, formations and latest form.
Cup football, fantastic. |

Jailer, after my performance today for the over 40's and given a few weeks leg rest, I just might make the squad for our annual get together with our friends from Inverness. Count me in!!! |

Good to see the reserves did a grand job today for the Over 40's.
It's a managers dream to have such talent available at his disposable, all I need now is McBeefy to declare himself fit and the vimster to find his mojo and we're a match for anyone. |

As always I'll be available for to offer support, guidance and encouragement from the technical area.
I'll also be cycling to work in the near future and should therefore be able to warm up the goalies pre match. :lol
I think I would not be wrong in suggesting that progress in last years competition was very much hindered by logistical issues?
Non appearance of players on the day and last minute call offs being the main reason!
If FCJT can field its full strength outfit there could even be a couple of goals in the second round this year.
With Deano, Rinky Dink, Petrocellis et al included we'll be in business!!
A home tie, surely at St SpamValleyMadoes and sponsored by the Pitfour bools club could be the deciding factor! |
