Def. available for 1 away trip this year. Anything more than this will depend upon how long a trip. Will that do for now? |

Deano has been in touch to confirm that he'll go to Spain and possibly Vaduz.
On Friday I will be at work all day with JT webmaster Shark. Although we have no access to mobile phones or this excellent forum we can still access the net and confirm that we'll be working hard to deliver a good deal for our members.
Out of the 4 away games we have to move quickest on the Czech and Lithuania games as there is only 1 direct flight to Kaunas/Prague from Scotland. |

Phoned the very nice lady at the SSC today and had a wee chat about the forthcoming campaign. As usual the topic of conversation turned quickly to that of points and ticket allocation. Most are generally unaffected but here are the numbers anyway:-
1360 Members on 5 - 10 Points
634 Members on 4 Points
891 Members on 3 Points.
She reminded me that unlike the WC qualifiers, UEFA only require 5% of the total ticket allocation to be issued to away supporters but said that the SFA had, in the past, been reasonably successful in securing larger quotas - so this shouldn't be a problem.
Perhaps the most interesting information, however, concerns the meeting tomorrow. She was at pains to stress that these were merely initial discussion and hinted that perhaps no outcome will be reached. Just wondering if the SFA will play hardball on the back of what has been reported regarding the apparent ‘stitch-up’ and are happy for the UEFA super-draw machine to decide. Time will tell.
She also agreed with my sound and reasoned judgement regarding Vaduz and thought that the rest of you are completely bonkers. |

Walks what you forget is that some of JT expeienced members have spent 4 days in Torshavn
Vaduz will be a metropolis in comparison
More good news The piper McBeefy has signed up for the campaign. |

I like the super draw idea!
I dont trust those sneaky meddling backstabbing low life tightfisted Jocks!
I think they'll try to stitch us right up and we'll end up playing all our home games mid week and the away games at times where they can squeeze every last centime out the foreign telly companys!
Obviously this will not be possible in Valdeziscoming seeing as Lickmystanes dinae yet have televisual communications! |
