Jailer Tours travelled north in confident mood to face Diegos TA in the TA Cup. 
Jailer Tours lined up with
Buchan
Clark Mailer Laing English
Walker Barnett Jenes Fairlie (Junior)
Kitson Mills
Subs
Hutcheson
Fairlie (senior)
Brown
The match started with Jailer Tours on top and it came as no surprise when Kitson pounced on an opportunity in the box to put the Jailers into an early lead. 
However, after half an hour Diegos equalized when a mix up in JT defence allowed the Diegos to snatch a goal. 
The ball looked like it had went out of play but the referee was having none of it and allowed the goal to stand. 
He then proceeded to protect the sabbath against bad language and try to teach the Jailers when the ball was out of play. 
Although Jailer Tours TA had the best of the 1st half Diegos put the Jailers under pressure in the 2nd. However superb performances from English, Laing, Brown and Barnett kept Diegos at bay.
Up front Mills and Walker were a constant threat assisted by the Fairlies and Kitson however disaster was to strike in the last minute when a long kick by the keeper was missed in the sun by the Jailers defence. 
Buchan saved brilliantly but the rebound fell to a Diegos striker and Jailer Tours were robbed again.
Jailer Tours performed magnificiently and a special mention to Barney who performed so well in midfield and nipper who sunk the pints beautifully after the game. 
A special mention to Jailer Tour members who got in touch to support the team. Rinky Dink, Shark, Vim Van and Walks your support was appreciated. 
Congratulations to Diegos who for the 2nd year have knocked us out of the cup . |

| Mailer, I have to get this off my chest as I'm not sleeping at night and have started to comfort eat recently but can you explain when Captain courageous Andy E produced a superb performance??? Maybe you have written your report wrong as he did put in a solid display during Nippers quiz. |

The Cat, to be fair I was absolutely  when I wrote the report. However, you will notice that he was badly missed at the 6's tonight.  |
