NEW DATES FOR POSTPONED GAMES ISSUED
The SPL this afternoon announced dates for six outstanding fixtures which were postponed due to the weather and half of these six relate to Saints games.
The dates relevant to Perth supporters are as follows:
Wednesday February 17 - St Johnstone v Hibernian, 7.45pm
Wednesday March 10 - Falkirk v St Johnstone, 7.45pm
Tuesday March 16 - St Johnstone v Aberdeen, 7.45pm
Supporters should note that it is possible some games might need to be rescheduled again subject to cup replays and postponements.
In terms of the trip to meet Falkirk at the Falkirk Stadium, as supporters are aware, St Johnstone FC sold tickets for the original game scheduled for 2nd January 2010 and Falkirk’s refund policy states that any person unable to attend the rescheduled game should apply to Falkirk Stadium within 14 days (from today) and request a refund.
Now that a rearranged date has been set, St Johnstone FC has offered to provide refunds from McDiarmid Park to our supporters within the 14 day timescale detailed above but Falkirk FC have advised that they would prefer to handle all such requests for refunds at the Falkirk Stadium as they have been doing since the date of the original game to aid the process for supporters who knew they would be unable to attend the rearranged fixture, whatever the date.
Any supporters seeking a refund on their tickets should therefore write to Nicola Laing, Ticketing Manager, Falkirk Stadium, Falkirk, FK2 9DX no later than 5th February 2010. |
